Note: Must be able to allow access to data via company server etc.
2. Internet
Ensuring that connectivity is uncompromised, we offer a full solution with use of a fibre package.
This product offering includes:
- Installation of Fibre or WiFi internet connectivity (site dependent).
- 10Mb upload minimum speeds.
Note: The above is subject to fibre feasibility audit.
3. Monitoring
Specialising in both proactive and reactive monitoring, we have a fully-fledged in-house viewing team.
These packages include:
- Off-site monitoring of the till-points and point of sale stations.
- Monitoring of Top 20 problem articles/products.
- Real verification.
- 24-hour turnaround time.
- Automatic pop-up and email alert monitoring.
- Daily and weekly reports.
4. Maintenance
With a nationwide footprint, we confidently provide service and maintenance – regardless of your geographical location.
These services include:
- Monthly scheduled maintenance (1 hour) which is carried out according to a strict checklist.
- Unlimited telephonic support.
- Excludes unscheduled maintenance or call-outs.
